With a FREE 40-minute consultation, tell us about your ideal travel experience for your brand, organization, and community. You'll let us know your timeframes, budget, and interests. After a 250.00 USD non-refundable deposit,
we'll spend time crafting an itinerary proposal.
Proposal
We'll show you our proposed itinerary with every detail considered from airfare, timing, transport, and weather, including some Plan B's!
We'll sort through our extensive connections to find the perfect fit for your itinerary.
This is your chance to tweak and adjust at no charge, after which we'll agree upon a final itinerary.
Booking
After finalizing the itinerary, we'll book flights, accommodations, experiences, tours, transport, and connections.
We'll provide you with your final itinerary along with a few special extras tailored just for you, as well as payment options.
RATES
Our rates for travel consultation + management will vary depending on your needs. Some travelers like to save time by not getting bogged down in details after discussing their ideal journey. Others like to be a bit more hands-on as they pick and choose where they'd like to have more involvement in the process.
Your stress-free journey starts with a $250/USD research, planning, management, and booking fee. During your FREE 40-minute consultation (which you can book below) we'll break down the time it will take to plan your trip, general booking costs, and how we collect payment.
