With a FREE 40-minute consultation, tell us about your ideal travel experience for your brand, organization, and community. You'll let us know your timeframes, budget, and interests. After a 300.00 USD non-refundable deposit for organizations (150USD for individuals)
we'll spend time crafting an itinerary proposal.
Proposal
We'll show you our proposed itinerary with every detail considered from airfare, timing, transport, and weather, including some Plan B's!
We'll sort through our extensive connections to find the perfect fit for your itinerary.
This is your chance to tweak and adjust at no charge, after which we'll agree upon a final itinerary.
Booking
After finalizing the itinerary and receiving your trip deposit, we'll book flights, accommodations, experiences, tours, transport, and connections.
We'll provide you with your final itinerary along with a few special extras tailored just for you, as well as final payment options.

Your stress-free journey starts with a $300/USD research, planning, management, and booking fee. During your FREE 40-minute consultation (use the contact form below) I'll get to know your ideal trip, your needs, and/or those of your organization. We'll discuss all the adventure possibilities and let you know when to expect your proposal. It's the perfect time to ask any questions you may have.

Tour costs vary and are dependent on the destination, length of stay, and complexity of the trip. On average, however, tour costs are between $7500-$9500.
